烧结矿低温还原粉化性能关联研究

摘  要:2021年初,安钢3#烧结系统烧结矿的低温还原粉化指标出现了持续下滑的现象,RDI_(+3.15)指标持续低于60%,造成高炉上部压差偏高,对高炉顺行造成不利影响。从烧结配矿、成分指标以及烧结机操作等方面对3#烧结系统进行了综合分析。研究结果表明:3#烧结系统的精矿品种变化、烧结矿R偏低以及烧结矿主要成分质量分数的变化,均对RDI_(+3.15)指标劣化产生相关影响。采用MATLAB软件进行多元回归分析后,得到RDI_(+3.15)指标和碱度、SiO_(2)、MgO、Al_(2)O_(3)、FeO、TiO_(2)之间的关系式,并提出优化应对方案,通过减少赤铁精矿使用量,提高烧结矿碱度、MgO、FeO质量分数,降低TiO_(2)质量分数等一系列措施,实现了安钢3#烧结系统烧结矿RDI_(+3.15)指标由60%提高到65%以上,满足了高炉对烧结矿的质量要求。At the beginning of 2021,the low-temperature reduction and pulverization index of sintering ore used iu3#sintering systemof Angang continued to decline.The RDI_(+315)index continued to be lower than 60%,resulting in a high pressure difiierence at the upper part of the blast furnace,which adversely affected the forward run of the blast furnace.Therefore,the 3#sintering system is comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of sintering ore blending,coal blending and sintering machine operation.The results show that the change of concentrate variety of 3#sintering system,the low R of sintering ore,the change of the main components of sintering ore have related effects on the deterioration of RDI_(+315)index.After multiple regression analysis using MATLAB software,the relationship between RDI_(+315)index and alkalinity,SiO_(2),MgO,Al_(2)O_(3),FeO,TiO_(2)is obtained,and an optimized response plan is proposed.By carrying out a series of measures,such as reducing the use of hematite,improving mass fraction of sinter alkalinity,MgO and FeO,lowering mass fraction of TiO_(2)-Tthe increase of the sinter RDI_(+315)index of Angang 3#sintering system from 60%to over 65%is achieved,which meet the quality requirements of blast furnace for sintering ore.
