摘 要:该研究建立采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定顶渣改质剂中金属铝和三氧化二铝含量的方法。首先,利用三氯化铁溶液浸取试样中的金属铝并使用ICP-AES进行测定;然后将试样先酸溶再碱熔残渣,最后合并两项溶液,用ICP-AES法测出试样中的全铝含量,再用全铝含量减去金属铝含量折算出三氧化二铝的含量。此方法精密度试验(n=7)金属铝RSD为0.21%,全铝RSD为0.20%;回收率试验金属铝在98.00%~99.53%之间,三氧化二铝在97.50%~99.00%之间。The detection method of the contents of metallic aluminum and aluminum oxide in the top slag modifier by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was established.First,the metallic aluminum in the sample was leached with FeC13 solution and measured by ICP-AES;then,the sample was dissolved in acid and the residue was melted in alkali.The content of aluminum oxide was calculated by subtracting the content of metallic aluminum from the content of total aluminum.The results of precision test(n=7)showed the RSD of metallic aluminum was 0.21%and the RSD of total aluminum was 0.20%,recovery test showed the recovery rate of metallic aluminum was 98.00%~99.53%,and the recovery rate of A12O3 was 97.50%〜99.00%.
