摘 要:分析了转炉炉衬的主要破坏机理,阐述了新钢210 t转炉炉衬维护在应对各种形式损害采用的创新性技术。创新性地开发了210 t大型转炉动态智能护炉技术,系统介绍了转炉炉底砌筑、底吹透气砖布置优化、炉帽维护技术,前大面维护技术,出钢口维护技术等关键技术。通过将这些护炉技术集成应用,使新钢210 t转炉炉龄由10000炉提高至15000炉乃至更高,并且炉况炉型更为稳定,有效降低了护炉成本及压力,综合年直接创效达200余万元,同时为大型转炉长寿技术的发展提供了借鉴。The main failure mechanism of BOF lining is analyzed,and the innovative maintenance technology of BOF lining in Xingang 210 t converter is expounded.Dynamic intelligent furnace protection technology for 210 t large-size converter is innovatively developed,the key technologies,such as optimization technique of BOF bottom masonry,optimized layout of bottom blown breathable brick,longevity technology for furnace cap,longevity technology for front surface and maintenance technology for steel outlet,are systematically introduced.Through the integrated application of these furnace protection technologies,the furnace life of the 210 t converter at Xingang is increased from 10000 to 15000 or even higher,the cost and pressure of furnace protection are effectively reduced,and the comprehensive annual efficiency is up to more than 2.0 million CNY,which provides reference for the development of large-sized converter longevity technology.
