摘 要:目的分析终末期肾脏病患者的血清酰基化胃饥饿素(AG)水平与矿物质和铁代谢紊乱的相关性。方法选取2017年5月至2020年12月在本院收治的112例终末期肾病患者作为研究对象,另选取同期进行健康体检的112例患者作为对照组,观察并分析两组的血清铁(SI)、血磷(P)、血钙(Ca)、血肌酐(Scr)、铁蛋白(SF)、总胃饥饿素、去酰基胃饥饿素(DG)以及AG水平的差异,研究AG与SI、P、Ca、Scr、SF水平的相关性。结果观察组的SI、Ca低于对照组,P、Scr、SF、总胃饥饿素、DG、AG水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。AG与SI、Ca水平呈负相关(r=-0.456、-0.596),与P、Scr、SF呈正相关(r=0.441、0.852、0.574,均P<0.001)。结论终末期肾脏病患者的血清AG水平与矿物质和铁代谢紊乱呈现显著的相关性,要及时检测矿物质水平,并纠正矿物质代谢紊乱,改善患者的预后。Objective To study the correlation between serum acyl ghrelin(AG)level with mineral and iron metabolism disorders in patients with end-stage renal disease.Methods From May 2017 to December 2020,112 patients with end-stage renal disease treated in our hospital were selected as the research object,and 112 patients who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The differences of levels of serum iron(SI),phosphorus(P),calcium(Ca),serum creatine(Scr),serum ferritin(SF),total ghrelin,dis-acyl ghrelin(DG)and AG in the observation group and the control group were compared,and the correlation between AG with SI,P,Ca,Scr and SF was studied.Results The levels of SI,Ca in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the levels of P,Scr,SF,total ghrelin,DG and AG in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.001).AG was negatively correlated with SI and Ca levels(r=-0.456,-0.596),and positively correlated with P,Scr and SF levels(r=0.441,0.852,0.574,all P<0.001).Conclusions There is a significant correlation between serum AG level and mineral and iron metabolism disorders in patients with end-stage renal disease.It is necessary to detect mineral levels in time and correct mineral metabolism disorders to improve the prognosis of patients.
