摘  要:基于战略体验模型的6个维度——感官、内容、技术、服务、价值以及情感体验,对国内具有代表性的数字文化场景内容进行案例分析,探寻面向大众群体的数字文化场景构建设计策略。从这6个维度出发对各数字文化场景构建案例的用户体验进行量表评价,分析得出用户在情感、价值维度体验值较低。根据分析结果发现,在数字文化场景构建中需要更注重用户对文化交流多样有效的接收方式,同时兼顾场景内用户的情感和价值体验,设置更贴切当代人生活、社交、审美方式的文化情境,激发用户文化认知的积极性,这有助于加深用户后续深入的文化感受。Based on the case analysis of the representative digital cultural scene content in China,this paper explores the design strategy of digital cultural scene construction for the public from the six experience dimensions(sensory,content,technology,service,value and emotional experience)based on the strategic experience model.From these six dimensions,the user experience of each digital cultural scene construction case is evaluated with a scale.The analysis shows that the user's experience value in emotion and value dimensions is low.According to the analysis results,it is believed that in the construction of digital cultural scene,more attention should be paid to the diverse and effective ways of users'acceptance of cultural exchanges.At the same time,the user's emotion and value experience in the scene should be taken into account,and the cultural situation that is more appropriate to the life,social and aesthetic ways of contemporary people should be set up to stimulate the enthusiasm of the user's cultural cognition and help to continue the subsequent cultural feelings of the user.
