城市更新视域下历史街区景观微更新设计研究——以常州青果巷历史街区为例

摘　　要：城市更新是现代城市发展的催化剂,而历史街区作为城市的文化载体,是链接过去与未来的纽带。为激发青果巷历史街区景观空间环境新活力,通过走访调研、数据分析及空间可行性研究,针对区域公共空间布局混乱、道路系统欠缺、场所精神薄弱等问题,以空间营造、景观设计及非遗文化植入等更新策略来塑造街区景观,有助于激发其空间活力,推动历史街区景观空间环境更新,进一步延续常州非遗文化。Urban renewal is a catalyst for modern urban development,and historic districts,as cultural carriers of cities,are the link between the past and the future.In order to stimulate the new vitality of the landscape space environment of the"Qingguo Lane"historic district,this study conducts site visits,data analysis,and feasibility studies to address problems such as the chaotic layout of public spaces,inadequate road systems,and weak sense of place.Using renewal strategies such as space construction,landscape design,and intangible cultural heritage implantation,the study aims to shape the neighborhood landscape,and stimulate its spatial vitality.This research also aims to promote the renewal of the landscape space environment of the historic district,and further promote Changzhou's intangible cultural heritage culture.
