摘 要:新冠肺炎疫情引发的全球性公共卫生危机已外溢到政治、经济、文化等众多领域,加剧了“逆全球化”趋势,使我国的对外传播面临诸多挑战。本文在梳理国际关系经典现实主义大师摩根索对魅力、威望和宣传等相关论述的基础上,试图运用其国际传播思想中的理论资源和方法论原则解答后疫情时代我国对外传播中的问题。论文最后得出一些启示:要处理好全球化融入与“回到中国”的关系,增强国家意识;要处理好话语衔接与分层突破的关系,提升话语博弈能力;要处理好“学科型学术”与“问题型学术”的关系,坚持问题导向。The global public health crisis caused by the COVID-19 has spilled over to many fields such as politics,economy and culture,which has intensified the“De-globalization”trend and made China's international com-munication face many challenges.On the basis of combing the relevant dis-cussions on charm,prestige and propaganda by Morgenthau,the classic real-ist master of international relations,this paper attempts to use the theoretical resources and methodological principles in his thought of interna-tional communications to answer the problems in China's international com-munication in the post epidemic era.Finally,the paper draws some enlight-enment:we should deal with the relationship between globalization and“re-turn to China”and enhance national consciousness;We should deal with the relationship between discourse cohesion and hierarchical breakthrough,and improve the discourse game ability;We should deal with the relationship be-tween“subject-based learning”and“problem-based learning”and adhere to the problem orientation.
