摘　　要：目的:了解多院区医院招标采购同质化管理现状,提出对策建议。方法:设计调查问卷,获取多院区医院招标管理现状资料,采用描述性统计法和百分比法进行分析。结果:多院区医院招标采购管理模式多样、管理权责不清晰是影响实现同质化管理的主要障碍,如何实现效率与效益共赢是关键问题。结论:多院区医院应正确把握同质化内涵,建立集中招采管理模式,注重内部控制,搭建招采信息平台,关注战略转型,推动公立医院运营管理高质量发展。Objective To understand the current situation of the homogeneous management of bidding procurement in multi-district hospitals,and to put forward countermeasures.Methods This study used self-design questionnaire to collect data of current performance of bidding management in multi-district hospitals,and analyze the data by descriptive statistics and percentage method.Results The management mode of bidding procurement in multi-district hospitals is multiple and polymorphic.Unclear management rights and responsibilities are the main obstacles to homogeneous management.The efficiency and benefits of bidding procurement become the key issues.Conclusion In multi-district hospitals,we should correctly grasp the connotation of homogeneity,establish a centralized bidding management mode,emphasize the internal control,build an information platform,pay attention to strategic transformation,and promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.
