摘　　要：当前中心化结构的学分银行体系未能有效覆盖泛在的教育、培训机构,也未激发出学习者主动开设个人账户的积极性,致使学分转换尚未普遍推开,在构建终身教育服务体系中的应有价值未被凸显。为此,依托区块链的分布式计算框架与数据不可篡改等技术特性,构建扁平化学分银行系统,打造安全可信的数据体系,提升学习成果认证与学分转换过程透明度,提高用户对学分银行的认可度与满意度,充分发挥智能合约的自运行优势,保证系统运转效能,推进学分银行建设。基于区块链的分布式系统架构是学分银行拓展至更广泛的教育、培训机构的一种有效手段,为学分银行的建设与推进提供了一种新思路与可参考的解决方案。Current centralized credit banking system has not effectively covered the extensive education and training institutions,nor has it stimulated the initiative of learners to open personal accounts,leading to the fact that credit transfer has not been widely promoted,and its due value in building a lifelong education service system has not been highlighted.To this end,relying on the blockchain's distributed computing framework and data tamper proof and other technical characteristics,we will build a flat chemical sub bank system,create a secure and reliable data system,improve the transparency of the learning achievement certification and credit conversion process,improve users'recognition and satisfaction of credit banks,give full play to the self running advantages of smart contracts,ensure the system's operating efficiency,and promote the construction of credit banks.The distributed system architecture based on the blockchain is an effective means for the credit bank to expand to a wider range of education and training institutions,providing a new idea and referential solution for the construction and promotion of the credit bank.
