摘  要:[目的]为满足南海东部勘探钻井数量和完钻深度逐年增加情况下,垂直钻井和定向钻井对井眼轨迹控制高的要求,确保钻井井眼轨迹质量,解决前期定向井工具定向能力不足的问题,积极推动“一趟钻”工程。[方法]通过对非动力及动力定向井工具的技术原理和作业优缺点进行比较和分析,结合作业需求和工具特点,优选了智能推靠式旋转导向工具iCruise,该工具系统定向能力强、耐高温,坚固的机械设计和高强度材料使其可在恶劣环境中使用。[结果]优选的旋转导向工具iCruise在南海东部十余口探井进行了成功应用,不仅满足复杂结构井的精准定向要求,而且大幅度提高了效率。[结论]本研究为定向钻井作业积累了经验,也为旋转导向工具的国产化提供了建议。[Purposes]In order to meet the increasing number of exploration drilling and completion drilling depth in the eastern of South China Sea year by year,vertical drilling and directional drilling have high requirements on the control of well trajectory,ensure the quality of well trajectory,solve the problem of insufficient directional ability of directional drilling tools in the early stage,and actively promote the"one trip drilling"project.[Methods]Combining operation requirements and tool characteristics,through the comparison and analysis of the technical principles and advantages and disadvantages of non-dynamic and dynamic directional drilling tools,the intelligent push-back rotary steerable tool iCruise was selected.The tool system has strong directional capability,high temperature resistance,strong mechanical design and high strength materials for using in harsh environments.[Findings]The preferred rotary steerable tool iCruise has been successfully applied to more than 10 exploration Wells in the eastern of South China Sea,which not only meets the orientation requirements of complex structural Wells,but also greatly improves the operational efficiency.[Con⁃clusions]This study has accumulated valuable experience for directional drilling operations and provided suggestions for the localization of rotary steering tools.
