摘  要:随着市政交通立体化和复杂化程度越来越高,土层、岩层交错地质条件和超深基坑竖井越来越常见,目前传统的基坑支护设计理论已无法完全满足需求,且目前的吊脚桩设计理论不完全适用于进入岩层较深的竖井,仍存在一定的技术和经济的优化空间。文章结合珠海某超深竖井工程,通过对于土层、岩层性质的综合分析,井平面形状的比选分析及超深竖井的需求和特点的论述分析,提出了类似工程的基坑支护的设计思路及设计方法:①综合考虑空间利用率、施工便利性、与隧道衔接等方面,优选采用矩形工作井;②对于上软下硬的超深竖井基坑,采用上部桩撑支护,下部喷锚支护;③对于整体基坑稳定性,采用整体稳定计算模型,并将桩撑段支撑轴力作为边界条件。结果标明:按以上计算思路设计更为合理且更具经济性。With the rapid increase of tridimensional and complex municipal traffic,the interlaced soil and rock layers and ultra deep foundation pit shafts are becoming more and more common.At present,the traditional design theory of foundation pit can not fully meet the demand,and the current design theory of hanging foot pile is not fully applicable to the shaft entering deeper rock stratum,there is still some technical and economic optimization space.In combination with ultra-deep shaft project in Zhuhai,through the comprehensive analysis of soil and rock properties,the comparison and selection of shaft plane shapes,and the discussion and analysis of the needs and characteristics of the super deep shaft,the paper puts forward the design ideas and design methods of the foundation pit support of similar projects:①The rectangular working shaft is preferred by comprehensively considering the space utilization rate,construction convenience,connection with the tunnel,etc.②For the super deep shaft foundation pit with soft upper part and hard lower part,the upper pile support and the lower shotcrete anchor support are adopted.③For the stability of the overall foundation pit,the overall stability calculation model is adopted,and the axial force of the pile support segment is taken as the boundary condition.The results show that the above design is more reasonable and economical according to the above calculation ideas.
