摘  要:传统的三轴搅拌桩基坑止水帷幕存在遇硬夹层易变形开叉或难穿透、垂直精度差、搅拌盲区大等问题,特别是复杂地层情况,其止水效果难以保证。为解决传统的三轴搅拌桩止水帷幕存在的上述问题,文章介绍了新型CSM双轮铣搅墙的工艺,描述了其特点及其与传统三轴搅拌桩的对比,并结合广州市两个地层条件及位置相近的基坑支护止水帷幕工程实例,对比了两种工艺实际的止水效果。证明了CSM双轮铣搅墙在止水效果、效率损耗等方面的优越性,尽管其整体造价比三轴搅拌桩稍高,但其强大的铣切搅拌能力,良好的止水效果,特别是对砂层下直接为强风化岩层等复杂岩土地层的适用性,使其在实际应用中可以取得较好的综合效益,为其他类似基坑支护止水帷幕工程提供参考。The traditional three-axis mixing pile foundation pit water stop curtain has many problems,such as easy deformation,split or difficult penetration when encountering hard interlayer,poor vertical accuracy,large mixing blind area,etc.,especially in complex stratum,its water stop effect is difficult to ensure.In order to solve the above problems existing in the traditional three-axis mixing pile water stop curtain,introduces the new CSM double wheel milling and mixing wall technology,describes its characteristics and its comparison with the traditional three-axis mixing pile,and compares the actual water stop effect of the two technologies with two foundation pit support water stop curtain projects in Guangzhou with similar ground conditions and locations.The advantages of CSM double wheel milling and mixing wall in water stop effect,efficiency loss,etc.are proved.Although its overall cost is slightly higher than that of triaxial mixing pile,its strong milling and mixing capacity and good water stop effect,especially its applicability to complex rock and soil layers such as strongly weathered rock strata directly below the sand layer,make it possible to obtain better comprehensive benefits in practical application,and provide reference for other similar foundation pit support water stop curtain projects.
