摘 要:针对Hough变换算法对不锈钢锅具轮廓的缺陷检测存在耗时高、检测效率低的问题,提出通过将改进的Canny算法与Hough变换算法相结合,得到一种耗时短、检测精度高的新型Canny Hough边缘检测算法。首先,通过改进的Canny算法对不锈钢锅具图像进行边缘检测;其次,通过轮廓层级特征函数去筛选边缘检测图像中所需轮廓边缘;最后,采用Hough变换圆检测对内、外轮廓图像进行识别,并拟合出内、外轮廓的圆心和半径。实验结果表明,与传统的Hough算法相比,Canny Hough边缘检测算法能更有效地检测出不锈钢锅具锅沿轮廓缺陷,准确率能够达到91.4%,且运算时间减少了53.6%。Aiming at the problems of high time consumption and low detection efficiency in Hough transform algorithm for detecting defects in stainless steel pot contours,a new Canny Hough edge detection algorithm with short time consumption and high detection accuracy was proposed by combining the improved Canny algorithm with Hough transform algorithm.Firstly,the improved Canny algorithm was applied to the edge detection of the stainless steel pot image.Secondly,the required contour edges were filtered through the contour level feature function to effectively reduce the interference of false contours on detection.Finally,Hough circle transform function was used to recognize the inner and outer contour images.The center and radius of the inner and outer contours are fitted through Hough transform function.The experimental results demonstrate that compared with the traditional Hough algorithm,the Canny Hough edge detection algorithm is more effective in detecting the contour defects of stainless steel pots.The accuracy is able to reach 91.4%,and the calculation time is reduced by 53.6%.
