老年创意阶层:点燃城市创意活力的新引擎

摘　　要：创意经济的蓬勃发展为城市发展带来新启发——城市需要创意活力。老年群体积极参加城市文化创意活动是老龄城市缓解老龄化压力、发展创意城市的双赢之路。许多物质富足、精神富裕、德才兼备的城市老人在文化创意活动中展现出较大的社会参与潜力,是当之无愧的“老年创意阶层”。从事文化创意活动,不仅能够缓解自身孤独感,也能够发挥余热助力城市公益文化事业的建设,推动城市营造有创意、有活力、有温度的城市氛围。但老年创意阶层参加文化创意活动也存在娱乐性强、闲暇性高、创新性不足等问题。应考虑社会需求,建立社会服务意识、紧跟技术潮流,增强创新意识、扎根社区,提供公益文化服务。With the acceleration of the aging of China's social population,actively responding to population aging has become an important national strategy in China."Participation"is one of the three pillars in the theoretical framework of active aging,encouraging the elderly to actively participate in various social activities,maintaining the vitality of the elderly group,and promoting the realization of active aging.In the modern society with the rapid development of network information technology,it is inevitable for the elderly to contact and use the network.Therefore,this paper focuses on the online participation of the elderly,and by analyzing the current situation of the online participation of the elderly,it is found that there is a digital gap in the online participation of the elderly,the weak awareness of online security of the elderly,and the low ability of the elderly to participate in the Internet.On this basis,the reasons for the problems are explored,and the construction of a digital inclusive aging society,the construction of an age-friendly network environment,and the improvement of the online participation literacy of the elderly to promote the online participation of the elderly are proposed,in order to provide experience for the implementation and promotion of the national strategy to actively cope with the aging of the population.
