摘  要:为了满足锂电池生产过程中化成车间对于化成设备通信可靠、便于管理、易于拓展连接设备的需求,文中设计了一种锂电池化成设备通信系统。该系统是以中位机为通信中枢的三级分布式锂电池化成设备通信系统,中位机选用STM32F429作为控制芯片,移植了μCOS⁃Ⅱ实时操作系统和LWIP协议栈,通过TCP/IP协议与上位机PC机传输数据。由CAN总线向下位机传输控制命令并接收电池检测数据。中位机可与施耐德TM241可编程控制器通过ModbusTCP协议进行信息交互,进而控制电池托盘移动及消防阀、泄压阀的开关状态等。同时,中位机通过RS 485总线与风机控制器相连,调整设备运行中散热风机的转速,在设备维护时,根据实际问题在RS 485总线上拓展连接不同功能的维护工装。PC机显示设备的运行状态与检测数据,并对整个设备发送控制指令。实验测试结果表明,该系统设计运行稳定,数据传输可靠,便于用户管理,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。In order to meet the requirements of reliable communication,easy management and easy expansion of connecting equipment in the formation equipment of lithium battery production process,a communication system for lithium battery forming equipment is designed.The system is a three⁃level distributed communication system of lithium battery forming equipment with the median computer as the communication center.In the median computer,STM32F429 is selected as the control chip,μCOS⁃Ⅱreal⁃time operating system and LWIP protocol stack are translated,and the upper computer PC is used to transmit data by means of TCP/IP protocol.The CAN bus can transmit the control command and receive the battery detection data.The median computer can exchange information with Schneider TM241 programmable controller by means of ModbusTCP protocol,and then control the movement of battery tray,and the switching state of fire valve and pressure relief valve.The median unit is connected to the fan controller by means of the RS 485 bus to adjust the speed of the cooling fan during the operation of the equipment.During the maintenance of the equipment,the maintenance tooling for connecting different functions is expanded on the RS 485 bus according to the actual problems.The PC can display the running status and test data of the device,and send control instructions to the whole device.The experimental testing results show that the system is stable in design and operation,reliable in data transmission,convenient for user management,and has a certain practicability and popularization value.
