摘  要:楼宇自控系统是在楼宇建筑中综合监管机电设备的智能系统。因建筑内机电设备多且分散,无法在局部网络共享通信数据而导致控制效果不佳。为此,设计了基于嵌入式DDC控制器的通信楼宇自控系统。以江森自控MSEA系列产品架构为系统总体结构,设计用户管理操作站。利用SQL标准数据库扩展数据管理服务器,向整个楼宇设备发送命令。使用网络控制引擎,负责监控安装在其现场总线上设备嵌入式DDC控制器。通过嵌入式DDC控制器在局部网络上分享数据,实时监测整个网络。将系统负荷和扰动视为恒定,分析开机过程中室内温度与时间的关系,充分考虑系统滞后问题,设计机电设备最佳启停节能控制方案。采用PID算法控制升温到保温过渡时期温度。测试结果表明,该系统能耗最大值为1250 kW·h,温度最大值为26.0℃,与实际数据一致,说明使用该系统能够达到节能、控温的目的。Building automation control system is an intelligent system that comprehensively supervises electromechanical equipment in buildings.The electromechanical equipment in the building has a large amount and is scattered,so the communication data cannot be shared in the local network,resulting in poor control effect.Therefore,a communication building automation control system based on embedded DDC controller is designed.By taking the MSEA series product architecture of Johnson Controls as the overall structure of the system,the user management operation station is designed.The SQL standard database is used to extend the data management server and send commands to the equipment in the whole building.The network control engine is used to monitor the embedded DDC controller installed on the field bus.Through the embedded DDC controller,the data is shared in the local network and the whole network is monitored in real time.The optimal startup and shutdown scheme for energy⁃saving control of electromechanical equipment is designed after the steps that the system load and disturbance are regarded as constant,the relationship between indoor temperature and time during startup is analyzed,and the system lag problem is fully considered.PID algorithm is used to control the temperature during the transition period from temperature rise to insulation.The test results show that the maximum energy consumption of the system is 1250 kW·h,and its maximum temperature is 26.0℃,which is consistent with the actual data,indicating that the system can achieve the purpose of energy saving and temperature control.
