摘  要:针对气象部门基层台站存在的缺乏新型自动气象站技术保障实训实操平台的问题,以及新型自动气象站数据采集器故障排查、上电检查及现场核查业务需求,基于提高业务人员技能及新型自动气象站维护保障业务时效性的目的,设计开发基于STM32芯片的新型自动气象站多合一传感器仿真仪。多合一传感器仿真仪具有仿真温度、湿度、气压、风向、风速、翻斗雨量、蒸发传感器输出信号的能力,配套基于ZigBee无线组网技术的触摸屏控制器,可实现多部仿真仪输出参数的无接触式同步设置,其电参数与业务设备兼容,能够与仿真采集器或业务设备组合使用。仿真仪操作简单、成本低廉,目前已在内蒙古自治区大气探测技术保障中心实现业务应用,应用结果表明,仿真仪能够稳定可控地模拟传感器信号,满足设计需求,具有推广使用价值。In allusion to the lack of practical training platforms for the technical support of new automatic weather stations in grassroots meteorological departments,as well as the business requirements for troubleshooting,power on inspection,and on⁃site verification of the new automatic weather station data collector,a new type of automatic weather station multi in one sensor simulator based on STM32 chip is designed and developed to improve the skills of business personnel and the timeliness of the maintenance and support business of the new automatic weather station.The multi⁃in⁃one sensor simulator has the ability to simulate the output signals of temperature sensor,humidity sensor,air pressure sensor,wind direction sensor,wind speed sensor,tipping bucket rain sensor,and evaporation sensor,which can be equipped with a touch screen controller based on ZigBee wireless networking technology to realize contactless synchronous setting of output parameters of multiple simulators.Its electrical parameters are compatible with business equipment,and can be combined with the simulation collector or the service equipment.The simulator is simple in operation and low in cost.It has been applied in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region atmospheric detection technology support center for business applications.The application results show that the simulator can stably and controllably simulate sensor signals,meet design requirements,and has promotional value.
