摘　　要：以纵向时间延伸为线索,于“站起来”“富起来”“强起来”三个阶段确证党的政治领导力建设的要旨所在,在历史中明晰正确道路、方向和依靠力量,并以此溯及中国共产党的政治领导力形成的理论渊源和有益经验。在理论辨析的境况下,探微政治领导力建设的核心要素,进而结合新时代的实践要求,启示我们:要以马克思主义思想为指导,充分发挥领袖人物的灵魂核心作用,将群众基础作为关键、工人阶级作为实践主体,不断强化党对一切工作的领导,始终坚持其最高政治领导地位,才能坚持和加强中国共产党政治领导力建设,于坚守和开拓中进一步推进中国特色社会主义现代化征程。With the longitudinal time extension as the clue,the essence of the Party's political leadership construction is confirmed in the three stages of"standing up","getting rich"and"getting strong",and the correct path,direction and reliance force are clarified in history,and the theoretical origin and beneficial experience of the formation of the CPC's political leadership are traced back.In the context of theoretical analysis,explore the core elements of political leadership construction,and then combine with the practical requirements of the new era,enlighten us that we should take Marxism as the guidance,give full play to the core role of the soul of leaders,take the mass base as the key,and the level of workers as the main body of practice,constantly strengthen the Party's leadership of all work,and always adhere to its position as the highest political leadership,only in this way can we adhere to and strengthen the construction of the CPC's political leadership,and further promote the socialist modernization journey with Chinese characteristics while adhering to and developing.
