摘　　要：本研究采用非损伤性取样方法,运用高效液相色谱质谱联用法(LC-MS)对海南长臂猿Nomascus hainanus C群中7只个体粪便中孕酮和睾酮的水平进行测定和分析,发现海南长臂猿成年雌性个体CF01的月经周期为30 d±3 d,CF02的为34.5 d±2.5 d;成年雌性与成年雄性的睾酮激素水平有显著差异,但不同个体之间中未发现明显的周期性特点。本研究为首次对野生海南长臂猿的性激素水平报道,有助于了解海南长臂猿的繁殖状况,提高海南长臂猿的保护和管理水平。In this study,the fecal levels of progesterone and testosterone in 7 individuals of Hainan gibbon(Nomascus hainanus)group C were measured and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry(LC-MS).The results have shown that the menstrual cycles of adult female CF01 and CF02 were 30 d±3 d,34.5 d±2.5 d,respectively.There were significant differences in the testosterone levels between adult females and males,but no obvious testosterone cycle was observed in all individuals.This is the first report on the sex hormone level of wild individuals,which is helpful to understand the reproductive status and improve the level of protection and management of Hainan gibbons.
