摘 要:氢能具有清洁无污染、单位质量能量密度高等特点,被视为21世纪最有发展潜力的清洁能源之一,在水泥、火电、汽车等领域的应用已成为各国技术研究的重点方向。氢能在国内外水泥工业中的发展现状主要是氢气作为燃料直接燃烧产生能量和氢气与碳利用技术(CCUS)结合使用两种方式。氢气直接燃烧技术的关键在于,通过氢气的掺入,提高替代燃料对化石燃料的替代率;氢与CCUS结合使用的关键在于,CO_(2)的捕集及研制催化CO_(2)加氢制甲醇的高效催化剂。结合氢内燃机、氢燃气轮机等工业领域对氢能燃烧存在的自燃、早燃、回火、NO_(X)排放量大等理论研究和解决方案研究,分析了我国水泥行业氢能当前发展现状和未来发展趋势。Hydrogen energy has the characteristics of clean and pollution-free,high energy density per unit mass,etc.,and is regarded as one of the most promising clean energy in the 21st century.Its application in cement,thermal power,automobile and other fields has become the focus of technical research in various countries.The development status of hydrogen energy in cement industry at home and abroad is mainly the direct combustion of hydrogen as fuel to generate energy and the combined use of hydrogen and carbon utilization technology(CCUS).The key of hydrogen direct combustion technology is to increase the substitution rate of alternative fuels to fossil fuels by adding hydrogen.The key to the combined use of hydrogen and CCUS lies in the capture of CO_(2) and the development of high efficiency catalyst for the hydrogenation of CO_(2) to methanol.Combined with the existing spontaneous combustion,early combustion,tempering,NO_X emissions of hydrogen energy combustion in the hydrogen internal combustion engine,gas turbines and other industrial fields,the current development situation and future trend of hydrogen energy in our cement industry are analyzed.
