摘  要:针对原煤物料特性,为解决立式辊磨煤粉制备系统阻力高、选粉机分选效率低、系统运行电耗高、配套回转窑能力不足等问题,研发设计了选粉机新型动叶片、静叶片、密封结构以及立式辊磨加压拉杆。改造后,降低了磨内物料循环负荷,系统阻力降低500~1 000Pa,系统电耗降低2.0~4.0kW·h/t,磨机产量提升10%~20%,保障了水泥窑系统的高效运转。According to raw coal characteristics,in order to solve the problems of pulverized coal grinding system of high resistance,low separator efficiency,high system power consumption and insufficient capacity of supporting kiln,a new moving blade and static blade,sealing structure and VRM pressurization rod are developed and designed.After modification,pulverized coal cyclic load inside VRM is reduced and obtain 500~1 000Pa low for system resistance.Those effects make the system power consumption reduced by 2.0~4.0 kW·h/t,and the mill output increased by 10%~20%,ensuring kiln higher efficient operation.
