摘  要:某5 000t/d水泥熟料生产线配套ATOX50生料辊磨运行初期,产量达不到设计要求,磨辊衬板磨损严重,粉磨电耗达22k W·h/t,严重制约了回转窑的正常生产。通过更换陶瓷衬板延长磨辊使用寿命,使用料封仓+转轮锁风喂料器、增加排渣口锁风装置减少系统漏风,将原选粉机升级为LZT型选粉机,优化选粉机回灰管路,减少物料磨内循环,改进刮料板和收尘器提升阀气缸,提升磨机运行效率,加强工艺操作,减小磨机振动,优化研磨压力和进厂物料粒度等,生料粉磨系统电耗降至17kW·h/t,节能降耗效果显著。When ATOX50 Raw Meal Roller Mill for a 5 000t/d cement clinker production line was running at the initial stage,the output could not meet the design requirements,the roller liner was seriously worn,and the power consumption of grinding reached 22k W · h/t,therefore the normal production of rotary kiln is restricted seriously.By replacing the ceramic bushing to prolong the service life of the grinding roller,using the material seal bin combined with the air lock feeder of the runner,increasing the air lock device of the slag discharge port to reduce the air leakage of the system,upgrading the original powder separator to LZT type powder separator,optimizing the ash return line of the powder selecting machine,reducing the inner circulation of the material mill,improving the scraper plate and the dust collector lifting valve cylinder to raise the running efficiency of the Mill,strengthening the process operation,and reducing the vibration of the mill,the power consumption ofraw meal grinding system is reduced to 17kW·h/t.It optimizes the grinding pressure and the particle size of raw material.
