摘  要:为了提高应急物资采购产业的综合管理水平,基于NET架构,从硬件与软件两个方面入手,设计了一种应急物资采购管理系统。应用NET架构,设计应急物资采购管理系统的硬件结构与网络部署条件;利用统一建模语言(Unified Modeling Language,UML)技术搭建数据库,分析应急物资采购管理的总体功能需求,完成系统的软件设计,实现应急物资采购产业的实时、综合管理。实验结果表明:对于随机的10组应急物资采购数据,本文设计系统所有主要功能模块的平均响应时间均值为0.92 s,且均在实际工程要求的不超过3 s的标准范围内,具有实时性与高效性;系统的采购节点输出结果的偏差率均在实际工程要求的不超过10%的标准范围内,具有精确性与可行性。In order to improve the comprehensive management level of the emergency materials procurement industry,based on the NET framework,from the hardware and software aspects,a research and design of emergency materials procurement management system was carried out.NET architecture is applied to design the hardware structure and network deployment conditions of the emergency material procurement management system,and Unified Modeling Language(UML)technology is used to build a database,analyze the overall functional requirements of the emergency material procurement management,complete the system software design,and realize the real-time and comprehensive management of the emergency material procurement industry.The experimental results show that the average response time of all the main functional modules of the system designed in this paper is 0.92 s for 10 random groups of emergency material procurement data,which is within the standard range of no more than 3s required by the actual project,and is real-time and efficient.The deviation rate of the output result of the procurement node of the system is within the standard range of no more than 10%required by the actual project,which is accurate and feasible,and lays a good technical foundation for the improvement of the emergency material procurement management level.
