摘  要:晶闸管整流器是核聚变等离子体研究领域的主要电源类型,是驱动线圈产生磁场的动力源。其传统的反馈式控制算法响应速度慢、超调量大、稳定时间长,很难满足等离子体负载变化快、控制复杂的技术要求。为此,文章设计了一种前馈加反馈的快速动态响应算法。该算法通过定量分析将晶闸管换相压降以及电抗器和晶闸管上的压降分别计算出来,再加上给定的参考值作为前馈电压,采用以前馈电压控制为主、反馈电压控制为辅的方式快速地计算出晶闸管的触发角。在法国原子能委员会WEST偏滤器线圈电源上的应用结果表明,与传统的反馈电压控制算法相比,前馈加反馈的控制算法具有更好的快速动态响应性能,其电源全功率阶跃响应时间(从启动到稳定的时间)能达到2 ms以内,响应速度提升了90%;同时可以做到不超调。Thyristor rectifier is the main type of power supply in the field of nuclear fusion plasma research,and it is the power source driving the coil to generate the magnetic field.The traditional feedback control algorithm has the problems of slow response speed,large overshoot and long stabilization time,and it is difficult to meet the technical requirements amid the rapid changes and complex control of plasma load.For this reason,a new feedforward and feedback fast dynamic response algorithm is designed in this paper.The algorithm calculates the commutation voltage drop of thyristor and the voltage drop on reactor and thyristor through quantitative analysis,and added a given reference value as the feedforward voltage.The trigger angle of thyristor is quickly calculated by using feedforward voltage control as the main method and feedback voltage control as the auxiliary method.The results of application in WEST divertor coil power supply of the French Atomic Energy Commission show that the new algorithm has very good fast dynamic response performance compared to the traditional feedback voltage control based algorithm without feedforward voltage control.The full power step response time of the power supply can reach within 2 ms from startup to stability,the response speed is improved by 90%,and at the same time,it can realize zero overshoot.
