摘  要:佛山同济大桥主桥采用(200+68+46)m混合梁斜拉桥,塔梁墩固结体系。桥塔采用“佛手”形状的钻石形钢筋混凝土结构,塔高125 m,塔柱采用空心箱形断面,外侧四角倒椭圆弧,基础采用整体式承台+∅2.5 m钻孔灌注桩基础。主梁采用PK断面混合梁,全宽38.6 m(含风嘴),中心线处梁高3.5 m,中跨为正交异性板钢箱梁,钢箱梁顶板U肋采用双面焊工艺,边跨为混凝土箱梁。斜拉索采用标准抗拉强度1860 MPa的高强度低松弛环氧涂层预应力钢绞线。斜拉索塔端采用整体式钢锚梁和混凝土齿块锚固;钢箱梁端采用锚箱式锚固,混凝土箱梁端采用箱外混凝土凸块锚固于风嘴处。边跨混凝土箱梁采用支架现浇施工,主跨钢箱梁采用桥面吊机悬臂拼装。经验算,桥梁结构受力满足规范要求。The main bridge of Tongji Bridge in Foshan is a hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge with three spans of 200,68 and 46 m.The pylon,rising 125 m and featuring its diamond-shaped reinforced concrete structure with columns that resemble close-up of two palms,is fixed with the pier and the deck.The pylon columns are of box cross-section with elliptical arc-corners.The pylon is mounted on an integral pile cap that is supported on bored piles of 2.5 m in diameter.The superstructure consists of orthotropic steel box girders in the main span and concrete box girders in the side spans,and both the steel and concrete box girders are of PK cross-section and measure 3.5 m deep at the centerline.The total deck width is 38.6 m(including wind fairings).The U ribs are welded with the top plates of the steel box girder by double-sided welding.The stay cables are composed of high-strength,low-relaxation,epoxy-coated and prestressed steel strands with nominal tensile strength of 1860 MPa.The stay cables are anchored to the pylon via steel anchor beams and concrete wedges,anchored to the steel box girders via steel anchor boxes,and anchored to the concrete box girders at the locations of wind fairings via concrete lumps outside the concrete box girders.The concrete box girders in side spans were cast in situ on scaffolds,while the steel box girders in the main span were assembled by derrick crane.The load bearing capacity of the bridge structure is verified meeting the code requirements.
