摘 要:本文主要介绍如何基于地区电网小电并网现状,优化电网侧重合闸、备自投及电厂侧故障解列装置的使用原则,制定地区电网网源协同策略。介绍了根据目前地区电网小电并网方式及小电故障解列现状,提出地区电网小电故障解列点由系统侧调整至电厂侧的策略,以及对故障解列装置配置及功能实现安排,最终达到主供线路跳闸后实现重合闸及备自投可靠动作,快速恢复局部电网供电,减少负荷损失、消除电力安全生产事故事件,降低系统运行风险的目的。This paper mainly introduces how to optimize the use principles of power grid focusing on closing,spare power automatic switching and power plant side fault splitting devices based on the current situation of interconnection of small current,and formulate the coordination strategy of regional power grid source.According to the current situation of small power grid integration mode and small power fault disconnection in regional power grid,this paper puts forward the strategy of adjusting the small power fault disconnection point from the system side to the power plant side,as well as the configuration and function realization arrangement of the fault disconnection device,so as to realize the reliable action of reclosing and spare automatic switching after the tripping of the main supply line,and quickly restore the power supply of the local power grid.The purpose of reducing load loss,eliminating power safety production accidents and reducing system operation risks.
