摘  要:对磷钼蓝比色法测定洗衣凝珠中总五氧化二磷含量的不确定度进行评定。通过分析建立数学模型,对测定过程的主要不确定进行评定,主要包括样品称量、试样移取体积、标准曲线配制、标准曲线拟合、仪器校准以及重复性测定6个方面。最后计算合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度。结果表明:样品测量结果为(0.055+0.002)%(k=2),对不确定度影响较大的是标准曲线配制,其次是标准曲线拟合。因此实验过程中应准确配制标准溶液和选取合适的标准曲线浓度范围,以提高检测结果的准确性。The uncertainty of determination of total phosphorus pentoxide in laundry condensation beads by phosphomolybdenum blue colorimetric method was evaluated.Through the analysis and establishment of mathematical model,the main uncertainties during the determination process were evaluated,including sample weighing,sample solution volume removed,standard curve preparation,standard curve fitting,instrument calibration and repeatability of measurement,finally the synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty were calculated.The results showed that the sample measurement results was(0.055+0.00164)%(k=2),the standard curve preparation has a great influence on the uncertainty,followed by the standard curve fitting.Therefore,in the experiment,the standard solution should be accurately prepared,the appropriate concentration range of standard curve should be selected,and improve the accuracy of test results.
