覆盆子酮应用于化妆品中的防腐功效研究

摘　　要：测试了覆盆子酮的抑菌性能,考察了覆盆子酮与1,2-己二醇或苯氧乙醇复配对细菌、酵母菌和霉菌的抑制效果,并将复配防腐方案应用于水剂、乳液和膏霜剂型中,提出覆盆子酮应用于化妆品防腐体系的可行性方案。测试结果表明:当覆盆子酮为0.4%(质量分数,下同)或0.5%时,对黑曲霉菌和铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌效果明显优于其他菌种;将覆盆子酮(0.4%或0.5%)与1,2-己二醇(0.5%或0.8%),或与苯氧乙醇(0.2%或0.3%)复配,具有良好的抑菌性能;将该复配防腐体系应用于乳液和膏霜剂型产品中,能满足产品的防腐需求,但应用于水剂体系中,对真菌的抑制效果稍弱。The antibacterial properties of Raspberry ketone were test.The antibacterial effects comparison among Raspberry ketone combined with 1,2-hexanediol or phenoxyethanol was conducted.What’s more,these antiseptic proposals were applied on varieties type of cosmetics,such as water agent,emulsion and cream dosage forms.The test results showed that when mass fraction of Raspberry ketone is 0.4%(the same below)or 0.5%,the antibacterial effect against Aspergillus Niger and Pseudomonas Aeruginosa was obviously better than other strains;Raspberry ketone(0.4%or 0.5%)combined with 1,2-hexanediol(0.5%or 0.8%),or phenoxyethanol(0.2%or 0.3%),had good antibacterial effect.These combination proposals were applied in emulsion type or cream dosage forms cosmetics,which can meet the anti-corrosion requirements of cosmetic products.However,the antibacterial effect on the fungi was much weaker when combination proposal was applied in the water type cosmetic products.
