摘  要:建立了一种检测方法用于测定牲畜饲养废水中兽药(+)-氯前列烯醇。本方法采用C18固相萃取小柱富集水样,然后用乙腈溶剂洗脱,洗脱液经浓缩定容后用具有紫外-可见光检测器的高效液相色谱仪分离检测。高效液相色谱条件采用C18(250×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,40%乙腈(0.01%三氟乙酸)+60%水(0.01%三氟乙酸)为流动相,检测波长为200nm、210nm和274nm。将该方法应用于养猪场废水中兽药(+)-氯前列烯醇的检测,研究结果表明,当取样体积为1.0L,洗脱液浓缩至0.50mL,进样量为30.0μL时,该方法的检出限为0.018μg/L,检出下限为0.072μg/L,满足废水中(+)-氯前列烯醇的检测分析要求。A new method was developed for the determination of(+)-cloprostenol in livestock breeding wastewater.In this method,the(+)-cloprostenol in breeding wastewater was enriched by C18 solid phase column,then eluted by acetonitrile solvent.The eluent was concentrated and detected by HPLC with ultraviolet-visible light detector.A chromatographic col⁃umn of C18(250×4.6mm,5μm)was used,with the mobile phase of 40%acetonitrile(0.01%trifluoroacetic acid)+60%wa⁃ter(0.01%trifluoroacetic acid)in the chromatographic conditions.The detective wavelength were 200nm,210nm and 274nm.The method was applied to the determination of the(+)-cloprostenol in the wastewater of pig farms,the results show that when the sample volume is 1.0L,the constant volume of eluent is 0.50mL,and the injection volume is 30.0μL,the detection limit of this method is 0.018μg/L,the lower limit of detection is 0.072μg/L.It can meet the requirement of analy⁃sis of(+)-cloprostenol in breeding wastewater.
