摘 要:针对突发性自然灾害以及公共卫生事件的影响,为了保障城市居民的生命财产安全,需要对城市应急救援物资的运输路径进行合理优化。从应急救援物资的特点出发,以莆田市应急救援物资运输为实证,从以运输距离为优化目标和以运输时间为优化目标两个维度构建模型,求解应急救援物资运输路径的最优解。结果显示:突发事件背景下城市应急救援物资运输路径的选择,以总时间最少比以总路径最短更加具有实用性。In order to ensure the personal and property safety of urban residents in the event of sudden natural disasters and public health hazards,it is necessary to rationally optimize the transportation route of urban emergency relief supplies.In this paper,starting with the characteristics of emergency relief supplies,taking the transportation practice of emergency relief supplies in Putian as the example,we established a two-dimensional model with optimal transportation distance and transportation time as the objectives to obtain the optimal transportation route of emergency relief supplies.The result showed that in the context of an emergency event,it is more practical to prefer the least total time over the shortest total route in selecting the transportation route of urban emergency relief supplies.
