摘 要:针对转运中心在物流高峰时期面临的爆仓风险,提出了一种基于源抑制的货运量控制机制。该机制将基于网络流量控制相关的源抑制技术改进并应用于物流运输仓储环节,在仓储控制模型的应用层动态监视整个转运中心群,当某个转运中心的剩余容量大于设定的阈值时,不执行货运量的控制,当剩余容量小于阈值时,自动对以该转运中心为输入对象的输入量头部企业进行源抑制。仿真实验结果表明,基于源抑制的货运量控制机制能够有效控制转运中心群的货运流量,降低爆仓的可能性,同时降低了受限制企业承受的额外成本。In this paper,in view of the warehouse overwhelming risk faced by transshipment centers during logistics peak periods,we proposed a freight volume control mechanism based on source quench.This mechanism improved the source quench technology relating to network flow control and applied it to the logistics,transportation and warehousing links.The application layer of the control mechanism oversaw dynamically the entire transshipment center cluster.When the remaining capacity of a transshipment center is greater than the set threshold,freight volume control will not be implemented,and when the remaining capacity is less than the set threshold,source quench will be automatically applied to the major flow-contributing enterprises to the transshipment center.The final simulation result showed that the freight volume control mechanism based on source quench could effectively control the freight flow of transshipment center clusters,reduce the possibility of overwhelmed warehouse,and eliminate the additional cost borne by the enterprises affected by the flow control.
