摘　　要：第三次全国国土调查(以下简称“三调”)是一项有关国情国力的重大调查工作,目的在于深度细化和完善全国土地利用基础数据,以保证国家掌握最新且完整的国土资源开发利用现状和变化情况,为完善和优化我国自然资源管理机制改革、统一确权登记、国土空间用途管制等系列工作提供信息依据。但是,由于种种因素的制约,使“三调”工作存在一些质量问题,使“三调”工作数据信息难以发挥参考、指导作用。因此,本文主要针对“三调”工作常见质量问题及控制方法进行研究,期望给从事“三调”质量检查工作的人员提供一些具体可行的工作优化意见。The Third National Land Survey(hereinafter referred to as the"Three Surveys")is a major survey of national conditions and strength.The purpose is to deeply refine and improve the basic data of national land use,so as to ensure that the country has the latest and complete status quo and changes in the development and utilization of land and resources,and to improve and optimize the reform of China's natural resource management mechanism,unify the right confirmation registration Provide information basis for a series of work such as land and space use control.However,due to the constraints of various factors,there are some quality problems in the"three adjustments"work,which makes it difficult for the"three adjustments"work data information to play a reference and guidance role.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the common quality problems and control methods of the"three adjustments"work,hoping to provide some specific and feasible work optimization suggestions for the personnel engaged in the"three adjustments"quality inspection work.
