摘　　要：糖尿病患者常伴随多种并发症,而由高血糖、频繁血糖波动及代谢记忆产物等造成的糖毒性成为心肌病、心衰、动脉粥样硬化、血管钙化等心血管并发症形成的主要因素。基于此,本文结合本课题组近十年来的工作,从糖毒性与心肌代谢及结构重塑、糖毒性与动脉粥样硬化、糖毒性与血管钙化等三个方面进行系统综述,希冀推动糖毒性在该领域中的深入研究,并为糖尿病心血管并发症的诊疗、防治带来新的思考。Diabetic patients are often associated with a variety of complications,and glucotoxicity caused by hyperglycemia,frequent glucose fluctuations and metabolic memory has increasingly become major factors in the formation of cardiovascular complications,such as cardiomyopathy,heart failure,atherosclerosis,vascular calcification.Based on this,this paper systematically reviews the aspects of glucotoxicity,myocardial metabolism and structural remodeling,glucotoxicity and atherosclerosis,glucotoxicity and vascular calcification and so on combined with the work of our research group in the past decade.It is expected to promote the in-depth study of glucotoxicity,and bring new ideas for the diagnosis,prevention and treatment of diabetic cardiovascular complications.
