中医辨证施护联合耳穴压豆在椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医辨证施护联合耳穴压豆在椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)性眩晕患者中的应用效果。方法:选取86例VBI性眩晕患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合中医辨证施护+耳穴压豆治疗。比较两组干预效果、眩晕程度、椎-基底血流动力学及护理满意度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率95.35%高于对照组81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组VSS-C、DHI评分低于对照组,BA、LVA、RVA平均血流速度大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.67%高于对照组79.07%(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施护联合耳穴压豆可改善VBI性眩晕患者脑血流速度,提高治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the application effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation and nursing combined with auricular acupoint pressing bean in patients with vertigo due to vertebrobasilar insufficiency(VBI).Methods:A total of 86 patients with VBI vertigo in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and observation group by the random number table method,each with 43 cases.The control group were given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received the combined TCM syndrome differentiation nursing plus with auricular acupoint pressing bean on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect,degree of vertigo,vertebral-basal hemodynamics and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment of the observation group was 95.35%higher than 81.40%of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);after the intervention,the VSS-C and DHI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the average blood flow velocity of BA,LVA and RVA was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than 79.07%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing combined with auricular acupoint pressing bean can improve the cerebral blood flow velocity of patients with VBI vertigo and enhunce the therapeutic effect.
