互联网+护理延伸服务在肿瘤患儿PICC导管维护中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨在肿瘤患儿经外周静脉导入中心静脉置管(PICC)导管维护中采取互联网+护理延伸服务的效果。方法:选取112例肿瘤患儿,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组采用互联网+护理延伸服务,比较两组导管维护依从性、导管维护相关情况和并发症。结果:观察组患儿PICC导管维护依从率较对照组高,导管维护相关情况均较对照组好,并发症发生率较对照组低,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤患儿PICC导管维护中采用互联网+护理延伸服务,可提高患儿维护依从性,增加导管使用时间,减少并发症。Objective:To investigate the effect of internet plus nursing extension service on the maintenance of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)in children with tumor.Methods:112 children with tumor were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,each with 56 cases.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received internet plus nursing extension care.The compliance of catheter maintenance,catheter maintenance related conditions and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance rate of PICC maintenance of the children with cancer in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the catheter maintenance related conditions was better than that in the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group,which were statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of internet plus nursing extension service in the maintenance of PICC for children with cancer can improve their compliance,increase the use time of catheters and reduce complications.
