土地开发整理中集体工土地征收问题的浅析

摘　　要：土地开发整理是科学合理优化规划土地资源,并达到土地集约节约与可持续利用效果的重要途径之一。同时,土地开发整理是一项涉及多方利益、较为复杂的工程,集体土地征收就是其中一个重要的环节,如果不把握好当地集体土地征收的特点与难点,进行提前规划,可能会滞约土地开发整理的进程,并引起一定的社会矛盾问题。文章主要对土地开发整理过程中集体土地征收产生的问题进行分析,结合实际,提出相应的解决措施与对策。Land development and reconsolidation is one of the important ways to optimize the planning of land resources scientifically and rationally,and achieve the effect of intensive conservation and sustainable use of land.At the same time,the land development and reconsolidation is a complex project which involving multiple interests.The collective land expropriation is one of the important link in the land development and reconsolidation.If we don't grasp well the characteristics of the local the difficulty and to plan ahead,it will delay the process of land development and reconsolidation and cause certain social contradiction problem.This paper mainly analyzes the problems of collective land expropriation in the process of land development and reconsolidation,thereby putting forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions。
