摘　　要：相对来说,目前我国局势处在一个安稳状态下,而且与世界各国的关系也较为缓和,由于国际局势从来不是稳定不变的,鉴于俄罗斯与乌克兰的战争,我们更加需要常怀忧患意识,随时做好一切准备,以便实现对各种状况的从容应对。随着时代的发展和进步,各种先进技术在军事领域的应用,更加增添了战争的杀伤力,而高质量的地下室人防结构工程,能够在战争时期为人民群众提供庇护场所,然而要想确保地下室人防结构工程质量的可靠性及经济性,就必须先要以科学合理的工程设计为依托。基于此,本文围绕地下室人防结构工程设计要点这一核心内容展开相关分析,期待与同行业人员共同讨论。relatively speaking,the current situation in China is in a stable state,and its relations with countries around the world are relatively relaxed.Because the international situation has never been stable,in view of the war between Russia and Ukraine,we need to always have a sense of hardship and be ready at any time,so as to realize a calm response to various situations.With the development and progress of the times,the application of various advanced technologies in the military field has increased the lethality of war,and high-quality basement civil air defense structural engineering can provide shelter for the people during the war.However,in order to ensure the reliability and economy of the quality of basement civil air defense structural engineering,we must first rely on scientific and reasonable engineering design.Based on this,this paper focuses on the core content of the civil air defense structure engineering design of the basement,and looks forward to discussing with people in the same industry.
