摘　　要：完全植入式输液港(TIVAP)是癌症患者中心静脉输液的首选方式,但其传统置管路径仍存在较多不足,本文对中心静脉置管的类型、应用、中心静脉置管路径及经腋静脉置管临床应用进行综述,以期为经腋静脉输液港置入提供借鉴和参考。Totally implantable venous access port is the preferred method for central venous infusion in cancer patients,but there are still many shortcomings in the traditional catheter placement path.In this study,types and applications of central vein catheterization,central vein catheterization pathway and clinical application of axillary vein catheterization were reviewed,In order to provide reference for implantation of totally implantable venous access port via the axillary vein.
