摘　　要：新时期建筑规划设计工作明确要求规划设计人员应该按照新发展理念实现对建筑规划设计体系相关内容的节能改造设计。在具体实现过程中,规划设计人员除了需要贯彻落实绿色青山就是金山银山的理念之外,还应该加强对建筑规划设计及节能理念落实问题的关注力度,以切实增强节能建筑规划设计效能。针对于此,本文主要结合新时期节能建筑规划设计背景,对节能建筑设计要点以及优化管理措施问题进行研究与分析,以供参考。building planning and design in the new era clearly requires that planning and designers should realize the energy-saving transformation design of the relevant contents of the building planning and design system according to the new development concept.n the specific implementation process,planning and design personnel should not only implement the concept that green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains,but also pay more attention to the implementation of building planning and design and energy-saving concept,so as to effectively enhance the efficiency of energy-saving building planning and design.in view of this,this paper mainly combines the planning and design background of energy-saving buildings in the new era,and studies and analyzes the key points of energy-saving building design and optimization management measures for reference.
