摘　　要：随着移动互联网技术的发展,高校师生对校园内部的消息送达有了更加智能化与精准性的要求,然而现有智慧校园框架缺乏对消息触达基础平台的设计,导致大量垃圾推送和错误推送消息,未能充分发挥消息触达的高效与粘合用户的重要作用。本文在原有框架基础上,完善了用户体系与消息体系,提出了基于统一用户管理的消息中台。通过完善的角色、标签等用户群体及权限管理和统一消息分发实现“应用与人”“人与人”之间跨渠道、跨平台、跨媒体的有效沟通和“个性化互联”。With the development of mobile Internet technology,teachers and students in universities have more intelligent and accurate requirements for message delivery within the campus.However,the existing smart campus framework lacks the design of a basic platform for message delivery,which leads to a large number of spam and wrong push messages and fails to give full play to the important role of efficient message delivery and bonding users.Based on the original framework,this paper improves the user system and message system,and proposes a message center based on unified user management.Through perfect role,tag and other user groups and authority management and unified message distribution to achieve effective cross-channel,cross-platform and cross-media communication and"personalized interconnection"between"application and people"and"people and people".
