摘　　要：职业暴露正确处置是医务人员职业安全的重要保障。从医疗机构、感染防控部门、职业暴露人员多个视角,全面梳理医疗机构职业暴露信息化管理在上报、评估、处置等方面存在的问题,提出基于智慧医院体系建设人员技术档案数据库、构建评估、决策智能化平台等对策建议,改变处置流程烦琐复杂、医务人员暴露上报率低的现状,以进一步提升医疗机构职业暴露处置的正确性、便捷性、完整性。Proper disposal of occupational exposure is an important guarantee for the occupational safety of medical personnel.From the perspectives of medical institutions,infection prevention and control departments,and occupationally exposed personnel,this paper comprehensively sorts out the problems in the information management of occupational exposure in medical institutions in terms of reporting,assessment and handling.The countermeasures and suggestions of constructing a personnel technical file database based on the smart hospital system and constructing an intelligent platform for occupational exposure assessment and decision-making are proposed to change the current situation of cumbersome and complicated disposal processes and low reporting rates of medical personnel's exposure,so as to make the disposal of occupational exposure in medical institutions more correct,convenient and complete.
