基于数据挖掘的中药专利复方治疗溃疡性结肠炎的用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的 应用古今医案云平台数据挖掘系统探索中药专利复方治疗溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)的用药规律。方法 使用中国专利数据库检索治疗UC的中药处方,建立Excel数据表对处方进行筛选处理,应用古今医案云平台数据挖掘软件对数据进行分析。结果 治疗UC的中药专利复方327个,用药以温性、寒性、平性,苦味、甘味、辛味药为主,归经以脾、肝、胃经为主。按照由高至低排序,使用频次位于前10位的中药为:黄连、甘草、木香、黄芪、白芍、白术、白及、白头翁、党参、茯苓;关联规则分析显示药物以木香-黄连、白芍-黄连、党参-白芍、白及-黄连、白头翁-黄连配伍较多;聚类分析得到5类药物组合;复杂网络分析得到11味核心中药。结论 治疗UC的中药专利复方药物以温性、苦味药物为主,多归脾经,用药以清热解毒、清热燥湿、泻火解毒、凉血止血药物为主,治疗上常用芍药甘草汤、芍药汤、升阳益胃汤等方进行加减治疗。Objective Application of ancient and modern medical case cloud platform data mining system to deeply explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine patent compounds for the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods The Chinese patent database was used to search for the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of ulcerative colitis,and an Excel data table was established to screen the prescriptions,and the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform software was used to analyze the data.Results A total of 327 prescriptions were screened for the treatment of ulcerative colitis.The medicines were mainly warm and bitter medicines,and the spleen,liver and stomach meridians were the main meridians.In order from high to low,the top 10 traditional Chinese medicines are:Coptis chinensis,Licorice,Muxiang,Astragalus,Baishao,Atractylodes,Baiji,Pulsatilla,Codonopsis,Poria;Association rule analysis shows that the drugs are Muxiang-Coptis,Radix Paeoniae Alba-Coptidis,Codonopsis-Paeonia lactiflora,Baiji-Coptidis,Pulsatilla-Coptidis are more compatible;cluster analysis obtains 5 types of drug combinations;complex network analysis obtains 11 core traditional Chinese medicines.Conclusion The patent prescription drugs of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of ulcerative colitis are mainly warm and bitter drugs,which mostly return to the spleen meridian,and the drugs are mainly heat-clearing and detoxifying,heat-clearing and dampness-removing,fire-removing and detoxifying,blood-cooling and hemostasis drugs.Shaoyao Gancan Decoction,Shaoyao Decoction,Shengyang Yiwei Decoction and other prescriptions for addition and subtraction treatment.
