摘　　要：目的 对艾灸治疗艾滋病的相关研究文献进行系统梳理,分析该领域的研究现状,为探索艾灸治疗艾滋病未来研究方向提供参考依据。方法 以万方数据、CNKI、维普数据为数据源,采用文献计量学方法对年发文量、文献发表期刊、发文地区分布情况以及关键词等内容进行统计分析,并通过GraghPad Prism 7.0软件进行结果展示。结果 艾灸治疗艾滋病研究文献发表呈逐年上升趋势,主要刊发在中文核心期刊和中国科技统计源期刊,刊发论文地区分布前三的分别是河南、北京、广西。关键词共现图谱显示主要分为艾滋病疾病相关、干预方法相关和科学研究相关,文献研究规模以针灸疗法、艾灸、艾滋病等为多,研究热点以“免疫功能”“针灸”“中医药”“腹泻”“艾灸”等为主。以上结果与该领域研究现状高度一致,即艾灸治疗艾滋病主要集中在调节HIV/AIDS患者的免疫功能和改善临床症状(腹泻)两个方面。结论 艾灸治疗艾滋病领域起步较早,发表了一定数量的文章,取得了一些阶段性成果,为今后更加规范的科学研究奠定了基础,但仍存在相关研究整体质量偏低、基础研究薄弱等问题。Objective Systematic review of relevant research literature on moxibustion in the treatment of AIDS was conducted to analyze the research status in this field,so as to provide a new reference for clinical research on the future direction of moxibustion treatment of AIDS.Methods By searching the Wanfang database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Weipu database,the literature metrology method was used to make statistical analysis on the number of articles published,journals published,distribution of articles published in regions and keywords,and the results were presented by GraghPad Prism 7.0 software.Results Moxibustion in the treatment of AIDS research literature has been increasing rapidly year by year which were mainly published in Chinese core journals and Chinese science and technology statistics source journals,and the top three regions of published papers were Henan,Beijing and Guangxi respectively.Keywords Co-occurrence map display mainly divided into AIDS disease-related,treatment-related and scientific research related;The literature research scale mainly includes acupuncture therapy,moxibustion,AIDS,etc.The researches focus on immune function,acupuncture,Traditional Chinese medicine,diarrhea and moxibustion.Conclusion Moxibustion in the treatment of AIDS started earlier and clinical studies have been explored in different stages.A certain number of published articles and some achieved initial results have been laying a foundation for more standardized scientific research in the future.But there are still problems such as low overall quality of relevant research and weak basic research.
