摘　　要：近年来,舌诊的客观化发展如自动采集、舌图处理和分析等技术均有了长足进步,且相关研究成果正逐步应用于临床进行辅助诊断,促进了中医诊断客观化的发展。本文通过文献调研和对比分析等方法,从自动化舌诊的硬件采集设备和舌象特征分析技术两方面对中医舌诊的客观化研究进展进行了系统性的探讨与总结,并讨论了当前存在的一些问题以及对发展前景的展望,从而为后续临床研发提供理论基础,并为自动化舌诊技术的进一步发展提供参考。In recent years,the objective development of tongue diagnosis,such as automatic acquisition,tongue image processing and analysis,has made great progress,and the relevant research results are gradually applied to clinical auxiliary diagnosis,which promotes the objective development of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis.Through literature research and comparative analysis,this paper systematically discusses and summarizes the research progress of objectification of TCM tongue diagnosis from two aspects:hardware acquisition equipment of automatic tongue diagnosis and tongue image feature analysis technology,and discusses some problems of the current and the development prospect of outlook,so as to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent clinical research and development.It also provides a reference for the further development of automatic tongue diagnosis technology.
