摘　　要：走进新时代,随着时代变革、科学发展和社会进步,有两个重要因素悄然出现:一是占总人口1/3且有着反叛意识鲜明特性的Z世代(指1995年至2009年出生的年轻人)已经走向工作岗位,正逐渐成为未来劳动者的主流。而这些本该自带活力、朝气蓬勃的年轻人,却出现了从“内卷”到“躺平”的快速嬗变,给和谐劳动关系带来了不稳定因素。In accounting firms which emphasize harmonious coordination among the staff,talents are the primary factor of high-quality and sustainable development.How to further construct harmonious and stable labor relations and promote the modernization of labor relation governance ability has become a major issue that most accounting firms urgently need to solve.Starting from the two annual workplace hot words in 2021,namely involution and lying flat,on the basis of the preliminary exploration and practice of Pan-China CPA,this article discusses how to reflect on some obsolete ideas and inertial thinking that we have taken for granted for a long time and actively adjust the mental models of Generation Z staff in the new era.
