摘　　要：乡村道德建设是全面推进乡村振兴的重要举措,是实现乡风文明和乡村治理现代化的基础,也是文旅名城发展不可缺少的重要因素。文旅名城发展将乡村的文化资源、乡村习俗、乡村道德规范与旅游产业相结合,使乡规民约在乡村道德建设中发挥积极价值。目前,乡村道德建设相关工作受到各种内在与外在因素的影响,文旅名城难以实现创新发展。为此,需要采取相关对策和措施,将乡村道德建设与文旅名城建设更好地融合起来,强化内涵建设,以契合新时代人民群众对美好生活的需求。The construction of rural morality is an important measure to promote the development of rural areas,the basis of realizing rural civilization and the modernization of rural governance,and also an important element in the development of cultural tourism.The development of the cultural tourism city combines the rural cultural resources,rural customs,rural moral norms and tourism industry,and makes the rural rules and regulations play a positive role in the rural moral construction.At present,the related work of rural moral construction is affected by various internal and external factors,which makes it difficult for the city to achieve innovative development.Therefore,it is necessary to take relevant measures to better integrate the rural moral construction with the construction of famous cities of cultural tourism,and strengthen the connotation construction so as to meet the needs of the people for a better life in the new era.
