摘 要:铁是人体生理活动中的关键调节元素,其代谢的异常是多种疾病的发病原因。铁代谢的紊乱会抑制成骨细胞增殖、分化、矿化,削弱骨骼的强度和密度,从而增加骨质疏松的发病率。近年研究发现,铁代谢异常对成骨细胞造成损伤主要通过激发氧化应激、铁死亡来实现。铁自噬和铁调素是维持铁代谢平衡的关键调控因素,亦在成骨细胞功能活动中发挥着重要调控作用。该文综述了铁代谢在成骨细胞中的作用。Iron is a key regulatory element in human physiological activities The abnormal metabolism of iron is the cause of many diseases.The disorder of iron metabolism may inhibit the proliferation,differentiation,and mineralization of osteoblasts,weaken the strength and density of the bone,and thus increase the incidence of osteoporosis.In recent years,it has been found that the damage caused by abnormal iron metabolism to osteoblasts is mainly through stimulation of oxidative stress and ferroptosis.Autophagy and hepcidin are the key regulatory factors to maintain the balance of iron metabolism.They also play an important regulatory role in the functional activities of osteoblasts.This paper reviews the role of iron metabolism in osteoblasts.
