摘  要:肌少症是一种与年龄相关的以肌肉质量与肌肉力量下降和/或体能下降为特征的疾病。晚期糖基化终末产物(advanced glycation end products, AGEs)是蛋白质、脂质或核酸等物质与还原糖的游离羰基经重排、裂解等一系列反应形成的糖基化产物的总称。AGEs可能通过非酶糖化交联、与受体结合等途径加速肌少症的发生。AGEs对肌少症以及肌肉功能和身体活动能力都具有重要影响,本文就AGEs与肌少症及其参数的研究进展进行综述,为减缓老年人躯体功能的下降以及肌少症的预防与康复提供新思路。Sarcopenia is an age-related disorder characterized by decreased muscle mass and strength and/or decreased physical performance.Advanced glycation end products(AGEs)are general names of glycation products formed by a series of reactions between substances such as protein,lipids or nucleic acid and the free carbonyl group of reducing sugar through rearrangement and cleavage.AGEs may accelerate the occurrence of sarcopenia through non-enzymatic crosslinking and receptor binding.AGEs have an important effect on sarcopenia,muscle function and physical performance.This paper reviews the research progress of AGEs and sarcopenia as well as its parameters,in order to provide new ideas for alleviating the decline of physical function in the elderly and for the prevention and rehabilitation of sarcopenia.
