摘　　要：为了提高目前市面上厨余垃圾处理机智能化水平,通过分析各种厨余垃圾处理机相关驱动与控制电路,在原有的电机控制电路基础上增加传感器和低成本单片机,并结合一定的算法,实现了一种厨余垃圾处理专用智能化驱动控制器。基于该控制器的厨余垃圾处理机,在厨余物进入水槽落水管道后会自动启动运行,并且在硬物卡住后会自动反转消除卡顿后再次正常运转,使厨余垃圾处理机运行全程智能化,无需人为参与。To improving the intelligence of kitchen food garbage processor,this paper realizes an intelligent drive controller by analyzing various drive and control circuits,adding sensors and low⁃cost single⁃chip computer based on the original motor control circuit,and combining certain algorithms.Based on this controller,the kitchen food garbage processor will automatically start running after the food waste enters the sink drop pipe,and will automatically reverse to eliminate the jam after the hard object is stuck and then run normally again,so that the kitchen food garbage processor runs intelligently throughout the whole process,without human participation.
