摘 要:为提高聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫应用性能,对比研究了水含量对聚氰脲酸酯(PIR)泡沫性能的影响,如反应活性、开模性、流动性、内部反应热、阻燃性、力学性能、以及粘接性能等。结果表明,随着水量的增加,PIR泡沫开模膨胀逐渐增大,但增大趋势变缓;流动指数逐渐增长,但增长趋势变缓;内部反应热逐渐增大,但阻燃性能下降,压缩强度呈现增长趋势。当水量超过0.6%之后,压缩强度变化不明显,但高低温下尺寸稳定性均表现为先变好,然后变差。低模温度下,粘接力先增加后降低;而高模温度下,各水分含量的PIR泡沫粘接力基本一致,没有明显差异。To improve the properties of polyisocyanurate foam,the effect of different water contents on the proper⁃ties of polyisocyanurate(PIR)foam,such as foaming reactivity,demolding time,flowability,interior reaction heat,flame retardancy,mechanical properties and bonding properties was studied and compared.With the in⁃crease of water content,the foam expansion increases gradually but the increasing trend slows down.The flow index increases gradually,but the growing trend slows down.The interior reaction heat increases,but flame retardancy becomes worse and the compressive strength shows an increasing trend.When the water content exceeds 0.6%,the compressive strength does not change significantly,but the dimensional stability becomes better first,and then worse.At lower mold temperature,the adhesion increases and then decreases,while at high mold temperature,the adhesive force of PIR foam with different moisture content is basically the same,without a significant difference.
